My first impressions with Zoho CRM are that it is very similar to salesforce.com, but lacks the "Enterprise" nature of it. Having said that, for a majority of Small / Mid size companies, this may be perfect. I have not tried the professional version, I am using the free version.
I intend to keep plugging away.
We have salesforce.com Professional Edition with 7 licenses.
I intend to work both of these side by side and write my experiences.
